Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the operations of specialized chefs, culinary professionals, and kitchen personnel.
  2. Introduce innovative cooking methods and equipment to the culinary team.
  3. Design menus and manage the procurement of food and kitchen essentials.
  4. Prepare and cook a variety of meals or specialty dishes, including pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables, and proteins, while creating visually appealing food presentations for events such as banquets.
  5. Guide cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of culinary creations.
  6. Develop new recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
  7. Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient operations.
  8. Assume teaching and administrative responsibilities, providing leadership to the kitchen team.

Qualifications:
Certification in culinary arts or equivalent experience and training is required.
