Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement: Manage the requisition of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Resource Estimation: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  • Staff Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports regarding food service operations.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of meal trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to various service areas.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the culinary team.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in food service management.
