- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Resource Estimation: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Staff Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports regarding food service operations.
- Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of meal trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
- Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to various service areas.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the culinary team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in food service management.
