About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of various culinary genres, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
