Position Overview

The Vice President of Global Asset Management will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational framework and strategic direction of our organization. This position is essential for driving initiatives that bolster the community's engagement and educational efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to secure commitment to the strategic objectives of the engagement and education sectors.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the collection and evaluation of data to identify areas requiring intervention, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Financial Oversight: Direct the planning and management of the departmental budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships between the engagement and education teams and other organizational departments.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of inclusivity and well-being.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in education, business, non-profit management, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in community engagement and education.
  • A proven track record in managing and developing talent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and budgets.
  • A deep understanding of community dynamics and organizational structures.

This role requires a proactive leader capable of navigating complex environments and driving meaningful change within the community.
