Job Title: Associate/Assistant Vice President, Investor Services

The Associate/Assistant Vice President will play a pivotal role in supporting the Private Wealth Investor Relations Team by executing various client service initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of the firm's organizational structure, product offerings, and strategic approaches, ensuring effective interactions with private wealth clients while collaborating across multiple teams and departments. Reporting directly to the Vice President, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement essential investor servicing initiatives
  • Facilitate coordination among various groups to ensure consistent and timely investor communications
  • Establish standardized protocols for investor servicing to enhance the client experience
  • Engage professionally with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison with third-party service providers and fund management teams
  • Address investor inquiries and fulfill requests for information and materials

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in investor services, accounting, or related sectors
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CA, CFA, or CAIA are preferred
  • Familiarity with private funds and/or public securities is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
