Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of essential investor service initiatives.
- Collaborate across various departments to ensure timely and professional interactions with investors.
- Implement standardized protocols to enhance the investor experience.

- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and fund teams related to private wealth activities.
- Address inquiries from investors and wealth advisors regarding account management and fund performance.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in investor servicing, client relations, or related fields.
- Relevant professional designations such as CPA, CA, CFA, or CAIA are preferred.
- Experience with private funds or public securities is advantageous, particularly in real estate, infrastructure, or private equity.
- A strong team player with a commitment to collective success.
- Highly motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
