This position requires a deep understanding of the firm's organizational structure, product offerings, and strategic approaches, while engaging with private wealth clients and collaborating across multiple teams and departments. Reporting directly to the Vice President, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement essential investor servicing initiatives
  • Facilitate coordination among various groups to ensure consistent and timely investor communications
  • Establish standardized protocols for investor servicing to enhance the overall experience
  • Engage professionally with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison with third-party service providers and fund management teams
  • Address investor inquiries and fulfill requests for information and materials

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in investor servicing, accounting, or related disciplines
  • Professional designations such as CPA, CA, CFA, or CAIA are preferred
  • Familiarity with private funds and/or public securities is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Capability to manage multiple initiatives effectively under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
