Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the President | Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy will spearhead the strategic formulation and execution of all marketing initiatives for Centurion Asset Management Inc. and its associated entities on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Residential Operations: Enhance the residential multi-family apartment and student housing sectors by designing and directing impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Investment Sales Support: Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Investment Sales to devise and implement targeted capital-raising strategies.
  • Ongoing Operations: Partner with leaders from various essential departments to address all marketing requirements, formulate annual marketing budgets, and guide the creation of a cohesive national marketing strategy.
  • Team Management: Supervise the daily functions of the Marketing Team, ensuring targets are met and marketing initiatives are effectively executed.
  • Brand and Social Media Oversight: Manage brand reputation and social media presence, track reviews, and propose campaigns to position Centurion as an employer of choice.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and drive strategic planning to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer to ensure adherence to compliance protocols in the marketing process.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications within the real estate sector. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role is essential, alongside a proven history of crafting and executing successful marketing strategies.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities are required, as well as strong project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite is necessary, and familiarity with Quebec language laws is considered an asset.
