Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator provides critical support to the Integrated Technical Services team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient administrative processes. This role is responsible for managing regional reports, tracking information, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve team goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of regional reports, open commitments, and suspense lists.
  • Process vendor setups and data changes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports on system integration issues, vendor performance, and other key metrics.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to resolve payment escalations and other administrative matters.
  • Provide analytical support to the team, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in a technical or operations setting.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
