Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Technical Administrator to join our team at StorageVault. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective utilization of cloud-based technology systems, database connections, and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Consulting: Provide expert technical consulting services for APIs, our organization's websites, CRM, and CMS platforms and systems.
- Project Management: Manage the implementation of cloud-based solutions, including timeline management and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- User and License Management: Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- User Support: Resolve user support tickets and provide timely assistance to ensure seamless system operation.
- Requirements Gathering: Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders to inform technical solutions.
- User Training: Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed to ensure effective adoption of technical tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven work experience in a related field, with a strong background in cloud-based technology systems.
- Post-Secondary Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Technical Certifications: Salesforce certified administrator or advanced administrator certification.
- Full Stack Development: Experience with full stack development, including Strapi, Webflow, Node.JS, and React JS.
- Cloud-Based Systems: Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of cloud-based technology systems, database connections, and APIs.
- Change Management: Proven ability to perform change management, upgrades, and ensure successful integration.
- Marketing Databases: Exceptional ability to create and maintain marketing databases.
- Language Skills: Bilingualism is an asset.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work environment with the ability to travel to Burlington or Ottawa.
- Combined work-from-home and office environment.
