About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Print Factory Ink. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and correspondence
    • Compose and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Personal Qualities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High level of organization and attention to detail
Working Conditions
