Administrative Coordinator

SpecView Inc. is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office functionality and supporting our team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A college diploma or equivalent from a program lasting 1 to 2 years.
This position is situated within the private sector, requiring a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and enhance administrative processes.
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the office.
- Implement policies regarding the management of records in compliance with privacy legislation.
- Coordinate office services, including logistics for accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
- Invoice clients and manage financial documentation.
- Organize shipping, receiving, and storage of materials.
- Maintain computerized inventory systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prepare items for distribution.
- Oversee supply storage areas.
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.
Technical SkillsProficiency in the following is required:

- QuickBooks

- Spreadsheet applications
- Accounting software
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word
Access to personal transportation is necessary.
