Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance administrative processes.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the office.
  • Implement policies regarding the management of records in compliance with privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including logistics for accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
  • Invoice clients and manage financial documentation.
  • Organize shipping, receiving, and storage of materials.
  • Maintain computerized inventory systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare items for distribution.
  • Oversee supply storage areas.
Supervisory Role

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.
