Job Overview

SpecView Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Operations Manager to oversee our administrative functions. This is a permanent position with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks within the organization.
  • Implement policies regarding the management of records in compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Supervise and streamline office administrative protocols.
