SpecView Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Operations Manager to oversee our administrative functions. This is a permanent position with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage daily administrative tasks within the organization.
- Implement policies regarding the management of records in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Coordinate office services, including logistics for accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative protocols.
- Prepare invoices for clients and manage shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Ensure proper packing and distribution of items.
- Oversee storage areas for supplies.
This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency- Proficient in electronic communication and office software.
- Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Candidate must have their own transportation.
Work EnvironmentThe role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines and a significant workload while maintaining attention to detail.
