Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator, Purchasing Specialist provides critical support to the purchasing team by monitoring regional reports, tracking information, and processing vendor setups. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify integration issues and errors via reporting, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on system integration issues utilizing the integration report.
  • Coordinate and process new vendor setups, as well as vendor data changes.
  • Collaborate with P2P, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to handle payment escalations.
  • Manage aging P card issues and support internal team in applying corrections.
  • Coordinate with other departments to review reporting and provide analysis.
  • Identify integration issues and errors via reporting.
  • Collaborate on system solutions with various stakeholders and leaders.
  • Manage reports on a consistent basis with daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience, 3-5 years in an administrative setting.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data.
