We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SUNSET GRILL. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
