Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Print Factory Ink. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and invoice clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems and issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet software.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of business terminology and concepts.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, be organized, and a team player.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 44 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be available for shift or on-call work and willing to relocate for this position.
