About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to client scheduling and menu plans, within budget guidelines.
  • Be flexible and responsive to client needs and food preferences.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure effective teamwork.
  • Adhere to all relevant Dexterra Group policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Production cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 1 year of line cook experience.
  • A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
