About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Zahid Butt Inc. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings.
  • Human Resources
    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating interviews and preparing new hire paperwork.
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Communication
    • Serve as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
    • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that all team members are informed and engaged.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
