We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Lifestyle Coordinator to join our Family Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our CEO's personal life, ensuring that their lifestyle is enriched and elevated to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's personal schedule, including travel arrangements, appointments, and social engagements.
- Coordinate and plan social events, parties, and other activities that enhance the CEO's lifestyle.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the CEO's personal residences and properties.
- Manage the CEO's personal finances, including budgeting, accounting, and investments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the CEO and their family.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Family Office or high-net-worth individual setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential, as you will be working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
