We are a reputable law firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Law Firm Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our hiring and training efforts. As Law Firm Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing top talent to join our team.

Business Development

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue for our law firm.

Research and Planning

As Law Firm Manager, you will lead our research and planning efforts, ensuring that our services are aligned with the needs of our clients and the market.

Staff Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.

Security and Safety

We require a Law Firm Manager who is committed to maintaining a safe and secure work environment. This includes ensuring that all staff members undergo a criminal record check.

Transportation and Travel

You will be required to use your own transportation to travel to meetings and appointments, and to ensure that public transportation is available for staff members.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

As Law Firm Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate who is a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to demonstrate dependability, efficiency, and flexibility in your work.

Screening Questions

We require a Law Firm Manager who is available to work shifts or on-call, and who is willing to relocate for this position. You must also have previous experience in this field of employment.
