We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at JCA Law Office Professional Corporation. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Office Management: Manage the office environment, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients, both internally and externally, to ensure that their needs are met.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train office staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Financial Management: Manage the office budget, including invoicing, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law office or similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
