We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2084616 ONTARIO INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including supervising other workers, training new staff, and recording meeting minutes.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise and train other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and record meeting minutes, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials.
- Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
