Position Summary: We are in search of an energetic and resourceful Part-time Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our organization. This position is particularly suited for university students who are entering their second year and are looking for a part-time role (5-10 hours per week during the academic term) with potential for full-time engagement during the summer months. Primary Duties:

  • Training Facilitation: Conduct orientation sessions for new employees both in-person and online, address inquiries, and ensure the collection, uploading, and tracking of all employment documentation.
  • Onboarding Preparation: Assemble welcome packages and personal protective equipment (PPE) kits for new staff members.
  • Stock Management: Organize and inventory supplies as required.
  • Office Support: Execute reference verifications, manage office machinery (such as printers, scanners, and shredders), and assist with various administrative tasks and projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in your second year of university, preferably in a Human Resources or Business Administration program.
  • Previous Experience: Experience in office administration within a digital environment is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Suite applications is preferred. Experience in customer service roles is beneficial.
  • Geographical Requirement: Candidates should be local to the Windsor/Essex or Chatham-Kent area as some in-office responsibilities will be necessary.
