Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 2084616 ONTARIO INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Colleagues
You will be responsible for supervising and training other administrative staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Record and Prepare Meeting MinutesYou will be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Develop and Implement Office ProceduresYou will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these procedures.
Plan and Implement Recruitment StrategiesYou will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage Contracts and AgreementsYou will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide Excellent Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Compile Data and StatisticsYou will be responsible for compiling data and statistics, and providing regular reports to management.
Advise Senior ManagementYou will be responsible for advising senior management on administrative matters, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements- Education
You must have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
ExperienceYou must have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
LanguageYou must be fluent in English.
Work HoursYou must be available to work 40 hours per week.

You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
