- Recruitment Cycle: Conduct the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, conducting phone and selection interviews, and coordinating background checks.
- Talent Acquisition: Participate in each step of the talent acquisition process, including posting job openings, conducting phone and selection interviews, and coordinating background checks.
- Best Practices: Identify and define best practices in human resources management and ensure their application across the organization.
- Collective Agreement: Ensure the interpretation and application of the collective agreement and company policies.

Requirements:
- Education: College diploma in human resources/administration, combined with more than five (5) years of experience as a human resources generalist in a unionized environment.
- Knowledge: Recognized for your knowledge of labor laws and business acumen.
- Skills: Dynamic, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Organizational Skills: Sense of priorities, good organizational skills, and demonstrate rigor, discretion, and excellent judgment.
- Autonomy: Autonomous and known for your sense of responsibility.
- Software Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience: Experience in the retail sector.
