**About Us**:
**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Technician will be the primary HR professional responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and on-campus recruitment initiatives. The HR Technician also plays supporting role within the HR department and is expected to support the HR department in any capacity deemed necessary.
**HERE ARE WHAT YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE IF YOU JOINED THE TEAM**:
- Administering all talent acquisition procedures (posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees).
- Elaborating Job Descriptions based on manager's inputs.
- Building and keeping track of talent acquisition KPI's.
- Coordinating on-campus recruitment efforts, including outreach and program management.
- Participating in job fairs, job events and outreach activities.
- Developing a positive image of the Company and employer branding through various methods including social media.
- Supporting the HR department in any capacity required.
- Performing duties related to special projects, as required.

- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or other HR related positions.
- DEP / AEC in Human Resources
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of HR software: ATS or HRIS is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual: English and French

Relevant du directeur des ressources humaines, le technicien en ressources humaines sera le principal professionnel des ressources humaines responsable des processus de recrutement et d'acquisition de talents, y compris le cycle complet de recrutement, d'intégration d'employées et d'initiatives de recrutement sur le campus. Le technicien en ressources humaines joue également un rôle de soutien au sein du département des ressources humaines et est censé soutenir le département des ressources humaines dans toutes les capacités jugées nécessaires.
**VOICI QUELLES SERAIENT VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS SI VOUS JOIGNIEZ NOTRE EQUIPE**:
- Élaboration des descriptions de postes selon les indications des gestionnaires.
- Élaborer et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI's) en matière d'acquisition de talents.
- Coordonner les efforts de recrutement sur le campus, y compris la diffusion et la gestion des programmes.
- Participer à des salons de l'emploi, à des événements professionnels et à des activités de sensibilisation.
- Développer une image positive de l'entreprise et une image de marque de l'employeur par le biais de diverses méthodes, y compris les médias sociaux.
- Soutenir le département des ressources humaines dans toutes les fonctions requises.
- Exécuter des tâches liées à des projets spéciaux, le cas échéant.

- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience prouvée dans le recrutement ou dans d'autres postes liés aux ressources humaines.
- DEP / AEC en ressources humaines
- Connaissance de Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Connaissance des logiciels RH : ATS ou HRIS est un atout
- Solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Bilingue : anglais et français
