As our HR Associate, your **key responsibilities will include**:
Department Development: Spearheading the creation and refinement of HR processes and policies.

Documentation Mastery: Diligently documenting HR procedures, policies, and systems, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Adaptive Recruitment: Managing dynamic recruitment needs, adapting strategies to meet the evolving demands of the business.

Change Management: Being an agent of change, facilitating smooth transitions as the company grows and evolves.

Employee Engagement and Relations: Building strong relationships with employees, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.

Training and Onboarding: Developing and implementing effective onboarding and training programs.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviewing and improving HR practices to align with the company's growth and changes.

A background in Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related fields.

Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.

The ability to adapt quickly to changes and guide others through transitions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous departmental improvement

En tant qu'Associé(e) RH, vos **responsabilités clés incluront**:

Maîtrise de la documentation : Documenter méticuleusement les procédures, politiques et systèmes RH, assurant la clarté et la conformité.
Recrutement adaptatif : Gérer les besoins dynamiques en recrutement, adaptant les stratégies pour répondre aux demandes évolutives de l'entreprise.
Gestion du changement : Être un agent de changement, facilitant les transitions douces à mesure que l'entreprise grandit et évolue.
Engagement et relations des employés : Construire des relations solides avec les employés, répondant de manière proactive à leurs besoins et préoccupations.
Formation et intégration : Développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes d'onboarding et de formation efficaces.
Amélioration continue : Examiner et améliorer régulièrement les pratiques RH pour les aligner sur la croissance et les changements de l'entreprise.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:
Un background en Sociologie, Psychologie, Gestion, ou domaines connexes.
Des compétences organisationnelles et de documentation exceptionnelles.
