Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist - Applications to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring smooth operation of our applications and systems.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties. You will diagnose and resolve issues related to various applications, utilizing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to end users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications supported by the Help Desk.
  • Utilize Help Desk software to log, track, and manage user requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Document solutions and knowledge base articles for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Application Help Desk Analyst, providing support to external stakeholders and internal business areas.
  • Proven experience working with various Help Desk software solutions (e.g., BMC Remedy, Cherwell, MS Team Foundation Server).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users of all technical levels.
