As a key member of our team, the Mortgage Specialist Assistant plays a vital role in supporting a leading Mortgage Specialist in achieving sales targets and enhancing client satisfaction through exceptional administrative support.

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of client transactions and requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with service partners to guarantee adherence to operational standards.
- Stay informed about current market trends and internal updates to provide informed support.
- Manage the Mortgage Specialist's correspondence and prioritize communications effectively.
- Organize the Mortgage Specialist's schedule to optimize time management and productivity.
- Oversee office operations, including the management of supplies and documentation.
- Assist in preparing materials for presentations and marketing initiatives.
- Support the Mortgage Specialist in completing and validating necessary documentation for client submissions.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service and sales support role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of mortgage processes and home financing products is advantageous.
