Action Towing Services Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
