About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AJ SAND AND GRAVEL. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Manage the flow of information within the team, establish office procedures and routines, and schedule appointments.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Administrative Support: Compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Support Specialist at AJ SAND AND GRAVEL, you will work in a fast-paced office environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
