Technical Support Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Richie It Solutions Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks to ensure optimal functionality.
  • User Support: Assist users facing difficulties with computer systems, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Research and Implementation: Research and implement solutions by consulting user guides and technical manuals to ensure accurate and efficient problem resolution.
  • Training and Advice: Provide advice and training to users for problem resolution, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use computer systems effectively.
  • Problem Logging: Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference, ensuring that all issues are documented and easily accessible.
  • System Support: Offer support for business systems, network, and Internet issues, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly.
  • Equipment Installation: Install equipment and ensure proper software setup, ensuring that all systems are properly configured.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery tasks, ensuring that all data is secure and easily recoverable.
Requirements:
  • Bondability: Must be bondable.
Work Details:
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
