Position: IT Technical Support Analyst
  • Education Required: College/CEGEP
  • Experience Needed: 1 to 2 years
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze and report on the functionality of computer systems and networks
    • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems
    • Refer to user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement solutions
    • Offer guidance and training to users based on identified issues
    • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for the benefit of other support analysts
    • Deliver business systems, network, and Internet assistance to users in response to their needs
    • Prepare equipment for employee utilization, ensuring the correct installation of cables, operating systems, or relevant software
    • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers
  • Security and Compliance
    • Must be bondable
  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
