About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Richie It Solutions Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often involving computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure seamless technical support and integration.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in technical support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
