About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Richie It Solutions Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, and document solutions for future reference.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical staff and clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior technical staff and clients on technical procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
