About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Richie It Solutions Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, including hardware and software issues.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development and operations teams, to ensure seamless technical support.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and systems.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
