Position Overview:

The role of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0 Lead is crucial in steering the comprehensive implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 solutions. This position demands a collaborative approach with Human Resources and Information Technology teams to ensure that the recruiting and onboarding processes are effectively integrated, user-friendly, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Engage with HR and IT teams to collect business requirements and convert them into effective system configurations.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee the successful deployment and integration of RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance for RCM and Onboarding 2.0 challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to operational processes.
  • Develop and conduct user training sessions while creating detailed documentation to facilitate system adoption.
  • Remain updated on SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and industry best practices to continually improve system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between RCM, Onboarding 2.0, and other HR systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0, encompassing both implementation and support.
  • Proven project management expertise with a strong ability to lead teams and manage intricate projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of system configuration, customization, and integration within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
