Overview of the Role

As a Technical Analyst specializing in SuccessFactors, you will play a pivotal role in configuring the Recruiting and Onboarding modules within the SuccessFactors platform. Your expertise will be essential in managing configurations across multiple countries, actively participating in various segments of large-scale projects, and offering continuous support to the project team regarding technological aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Tackle complex, multifaceted challenges to fulfill the business requirements of the Recruiting and Onboarding divisions by leveraging your financial and technological acumen to devise methodologies, models, and system solutions.
• Engage in rapid prototyping, developing requirements and solutions iteratively to deliver interim results until a final production solution is established.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis, accurately defining user requirements and processes while maintaining effective communication with users.

Essential Qualifications:
1) A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
2) At least 3 years of combined experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically with full implementation and configuration of the SF Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 module.
3) Familiarity with HR business processes and Agile methodologies.
4) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5) Strong communication skills in English (required) and Spanish (preferred).

Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are necessary to foster consensus and cooperation among users and senior management. Effective time management and organizational skills will enable you to manage small projects efficiently while planning and scheduling resources to maximize productivity.

Educational Background:
A recognized undergraduate degree in information technology, business, economics, engineering, or a related field is required.

Purpose of the Position:
Your primary responsibility will be to configure the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in SuccessFactors, overseeing configurations for various countries and providing ongoing support to all assigned units globally.

Key Accountabilities:
• Resolve complex issues to meet the business needs of the Recruiting and Onboarding divisions by applying financial and technological expertise.
• Manage multiple small to medium projects or lead specific sections of larger projects to implement solutions for business challenges, including resource planning, developing detailed project plans, and monitoring progress against objectives.
• Participate in the systems implementation process by defining business requirements, developing test strategies, performing testing, and providing user documentation and training.

Skills and Competencies:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the SF Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 module.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to achieve consensus and cooperation from users and senior management.

Additional Requirements:
A recognized undergraduate degree in information technology, business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, along with 4 to 6 years of practical experience is essential. Current SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 are required. Fluency in both English and Spanish is necessary for effective communication.
