About the Role

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our team as a SuccessFactors Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage configuration for multiple countries and participate in large-scale projects to implement solutions to business problems.
  • Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs of the Recruiting and Onboarding Lines of Business.
  • Develop and implement methodologies, models, and systems solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis, define user requirements and processes, and liaise with users to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide business support to all units globally, including new and existing product and deal structuring, ad hoc queries, and MIS.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years combined SAP SuccessFactors experience with full implementation experience of the SF Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 module.
  • Working knowledge of HR business process and Agile methodology.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from users and senior management.
Education and Certifications
  • A recognized undergraduate degree in information technology, business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Current SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in Recruiting (Recruiting Experience & Candidate Experience) and Onboarding 1.0.
Language Requirements

The incumbent must be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
