About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding Managing Consultant to join our team at IBM Computing. As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a managing consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
- Team Delivery Leadership: Lead and manage high-performing teams of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
- Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in at least two (2) successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Proven track record in spearheading client requirement-gathering workshops, offering valuable insights into system capabilities, and guiding clients on best practices related to their data and process decisions.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding Associate Certification.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on client requirements.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
While not required, the following skills and certifications are highly desirable:
- Fluency in French is a strong asset.
- Implementation experience with Onboarding 2.0 is a strong asset.
