Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors Functional Architect to join our esteemed team at Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. This role is essential for the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a business model supported by SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on modules such as Employee Central, Benefits, Onboarding, and Payroll.
- Architectural Development: Design and develop SAP SuccessFactors solutions in partnership with our vendor, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Customization Expertise: Provide specialized knowledge in optimizing and tailoring SuccessFactors modules to fulfill specific business requirements.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the comprehensive implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
- Documentation: Record selected program settings and prepare guidelines for future software modifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs to identify areas for enhancement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with business stakeholders to comprehend their HR processes and provide expert recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Training and Support: Offer training and assistance to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to new functionalities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry trends to enhance system performance.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly in Employee Central, Benefits, Onboarding, and Payroll.
Technical Skills: Profound understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their customization options, along with strong knowledge of HR processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and teams.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or related fields are considered an asset.
