SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist

Overview of the Role
As a Technical Analyst specializing in SuccessFactors, you will take charge of the configuration processes within the Recruiting and Onboarding modules. Your role will involve overseeing configurations across multiple countries, contributing to various segments of significant projects, and offering ongoing technological support to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address intricate, multi-dimensional challenges to fulfill the operational requirements of the Recruiting and Onboarding divisions by leveraging your financial and technological expertise to devise methodologies, models, and system solutions.
• Engage in rapid prototyping, where requirements and solutions are developed iteratively, delivering interim results until a final solution is established.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis, accurately define user requirements and processes, and maintain effective communication with users.
Essential Qualifications:
1) A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
2) At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in the full implementation and configuration of the SF Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 module.
3) Familiarity with HR business processes and Agile methodologies.
4) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Educational Background:
A recognized undergraduate degree in information technology, business, economics, engineering, or a related field is required.
Purpose of the Position:
This role is pivotal in managing the configuration of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules in SuccessFactors, ensuring that configurations are aligned with the needs of various countries, and providing continuous support to all global units.
Accountabilities:
• Tackle complex problems to meet the operational needs of the Recruiting and Onboarding sectors by applying financial and technological insights to create effective methodologies and systems solutions.
• Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects or lead specific components of larger projects to deliver solutions for business challenges. This includes resource planning, developing project timelines, monitoring progress, and securing stakeholder cooperation.
• Participate in the systems implementation process by defining business requirements, developing testing strategies, performing tests, and providing user documentation and training.
Competencies and Skills:
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the full implementation of the SF Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 module.
• Understanding of HR business processes and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• A creative, self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills to solve complex business issues independently. Attention to detail is imperative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build consensus and secure cooperation from users and senior management. Strong organizational skills will facilitate effective project management.
Additional Requirements:
A recognized undergraduate degree in information technology, business, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, along with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience is required. Current SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in Recruiting and Onboarding are also necessary. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication.
