Position Overview:

The role of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0 Lead involves overseeing the comprehensive implementation, configuration, and sustained support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 solutions. This position is crucial for ensuring that the recruiting and onboarding processes are effectively integrated and user-friendly, aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Engage with HR and IT departments to collect business requirements and convert them into system configurations.
  • Oversee project schedules, resources, and deliverables to guarantee the successful deployment and integration of RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Provide expert advice and resolve issues related to RCM and Onboarding 2.0, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and conduct user training sessions while creating detailed documentation to facilitate system adoption.
  • Remain informed about SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between RCM, Onboarding 2.0, and other HR systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0, encompassing both implementation and support.
  • Proven project management expertise with a strong ability to lead teams and manage intricate projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of system configuration, customization, and integration within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
