Job Summary:

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team and lead the configuration and integration of SuccessFactors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Integration: Configure and integrate SuccessFactors with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing errors.
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze and improve business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain SuccessFactors, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Integration Centre and Mapping: Design and implement integration mappings to ensure accurate data transfer between systems.
  • Custom Objects and Processes: Create and configure custom objects and processes in SuccessFactors to meet client needs.
  • Alerts and Notifications: Set up and manage alerts and notifications to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Workflows and Data Management: Configure and manage workflows, ensuring accurate data replication and minimizing errors.
  • Business Rules and Platform Features: Configure business rules and platform features to meet client requirements.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Set up and manage recruitment routemaps and synchronization to incumbents, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Configure compensation home and compensation features to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience with SuccessFactors configuration
  • Experience with Business Process Re-engineering
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification
  • Experience with integration between SAP ECC and Employment Center
  • Experience with integration between SuccessFactors and Workforce Scheduling tool
  • In-depth knowledge of Integration Centre and integration mapping

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data replication and fault finding
  • Experience with custom object and process creation
  • Experience with workflow and data management
  • Experience with business rules and platform features
