Position Overview:

The role of the SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0 Lead involves overseeing the comprehensive implementation, configuration, and sustained support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 solutions. This position necessitates close collaboration with Human Resources and Information Technology teams to ensure that recruiting and onboarding processes are integrated smoothly, user-friendly, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  • Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to collect business requirements and convert them into effective system configurations.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee successful deployment and integration of RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Provide expert advice and resolve issues related to RCM and Onboarding 2.0, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Create and deliver user training sessions and develop thorough documentation to facilitate system adoption.
  • Remain updated on SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between RCM, Onboarding 2.0, and other HR systems.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding 2.0, including both implementation and support.
  • Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of leading teams and managing intricate projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of system configuration, customization, and integration within the SuccessFactors suite.
