SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Role Overview:
As a consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions tailored to meet the business process needs within the Human Resources and Talent Management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years focused on Onboarding (ONB 2.0) with a proven track record of at least 2 successful ONB 2.0 implementations.
- Facilitate regular sessions with clients to review the progress of implementations.
- Conduct strategic discussions with clients to assess their current processes and future requirements.
- Lead a team of consultants, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the SuccessFactors product suite, including configuration options, integration points, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and oversee their development through shadowing and learning opportunities.
- Engage in demonstration sessions for potential clients during sales meetings.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding the development and performance of the consulting team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting Management integrations.
- Manage the transition from Onboarding (ONB 1.0) to ONB 2.0.
- Experience in the implementation and support of additional SuccessFactors Talent modules is a plus.
Certification: SF Onboarding (ONB) 2.0 Certification is advantageous.
