Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Specialist to join our team at Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to meet our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business model supported by SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Design and Implementation: Architect and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions in partnership with our vendor, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Customization: Provide expert guidance in optimizing and tailoring SuccessFactors modules to fulfill specific business requirements.
- Integration: Facilitate the end-to-end implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of program settings and prepare guidelines for future software modifications.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of business needs to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their HR processes and provide expert recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Training: Offer training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new functionalities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry trends to continuously enhance system performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly in Employee Central, Benefits, Onboarding, and Payroll.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their customization capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and teams.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or related fields are advantageous.
