The Senior Change Management Consultant is a client-facing position, primarily responsible for guiding customers in the adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Change Management Consultant to provide Softchoice's Adoption & Change Management Services by devising and executing change management strategies through direct interaction with our clients. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders, executives, and end users to evaluate organizational readiness for change, define desired business outcomes, develop and implement communication strategies, and create user personas and use cases.

You are enthusiastic about aligning client business objectives with broader strategic goals and are passionate about facilitating positive transformations in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate the client's current status, readiness, and maturity for Microsoft 365 adoption, identifying potential gaps and risks. Design and implement adoption and change management strategies that resonate with the client's business goals, vision, and culture. Utilize change management best practices and methodologies, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, persona development, and ongoing evaluation. Conduct workshops, webinars, and events to educate and engage the client's end users, champions, and business stakeholders. Gather business objectives and detailed user requirements to pinpoint organizational challenges and areas for improvement. Establish and track success metrics, monitoring progress towards achieving these goals. Collaborate with Adoption & Change Management Trainers to facilitate knowledge transfer and provide input on training initiatives. Tailor customer-facing materials, which may include presentations, quick reference guides, and user instructions. Work alongside the technical project delivery team to synchronize adoption strategies with technical implementations. Contribute to cross-functional efforts to create and maintain customer-facing documentation and change management resources. Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members. Mentor and guide Adoption & Change Management Consultants on methodologies and best practices to enhance the standard of adoption consulting. Identify future needs in adoption and change management, significantly contributing to content creation and the upkeep of our resource library.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with contemporary user adoption or organizational change methodologies and principles. Over 5 years of experience in a related role. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational leadership, change management, communications, learning and development, or a related technical field is preferred. Prosci Change Management Certification or an equivalent credential is preferred. Strong facilitation skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including end users, vendors, management, and executives. Proven written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization. Excellent planning and analytical capabilities. High attention to detail. Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate effectively within a geographically diverse team. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 technologies, necessary for delivering instructor-led training on related technologies. Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
