Job Title: Change Management Consultant – Senior

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Consultant – Senior to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Change Management Consultant – Senior, you will be responsible for leading medium to large transformational change projects, developing and implementing change management strategies, and ensuring successful adoption of changes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes across the organization.
  • Lead Transformational Change Projects: Lead medium to large transformational change projects, including developing project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Manage Change Impacts: Identify and assess change impacts on business processes and technology solutions, and develop strategies to mitigate any negative impacts.
  • Develop and Implement Training Plans: Develop and implement training plans to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt changes.
  • Measure Success: Define and measure success metrics to track adoption and proficiency related to changes.
  • Apply Best Practices: Apply best practices in change management to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Consult with Stakeholders: Consult with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and that changes are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop Actionable Plans: Develop actionable change management plans that include communications, coaching, training, and resistance management activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Change Management: 5+ years of experience in change management, including leading transformational change projects.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including developing project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including understanding of industry standards, methodologies, and tools in change management.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, including meeting client needs effectively.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record for meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Health or Clinical Context: Experience in a health or clinical context, supporting stakeholder engagement activities, and privacy/security requirements in healthcare.
