Overview:

As the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management for the S4HANA initiative, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of change management activities associated with the S4 HANA implementation project. This essential role requires an experienced professional capable of integrating change management practices, engaging stakeholders, and developing training programs to ensure a successful transition to the new system. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to manage the intricacies of organizational change and facilitate a seamless transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage change management initiatives for SAP S4HANA, including overseeing change management resources within the project team.
  • Collaborate with system implementation consultants to embed change management strategies into the overall project framework.
  • Create and execute a customized change management strategy and plans for SAP S/4HANA, reflecting the unique culture and needs of the organization.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to address concerns, gather insights, and secure support for the implementation.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and changes to business processes and roles.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments and devise mitigation strategies in partnership with Change Champions and the Change Agent Network.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to ensure all employees and stakeholders are proficient in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Identify potential risks and resistance related to change, collaborating with Change Champions to formulate targeted mitigation plans.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and project outcomes.
  • Act as a visible mentor to business and IT leaders, Change Champions, and system implementation consultants, promoting the adoption of change initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations for various stakeholder groups and assist in the development and execution of communications to enhance awareness and understanding of the S/4HANA implementation.
  • Implement reinforcement strategies and celebrate achievements to sustain change initiatives, involving system implementation consultants in recognition activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience leading change management efforts in large-scale SAP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive change management strategies.
  • Experience managing system implementation consultants and coordinating their activities with internal project teams.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-regional, and multi-cultural programs.
  • Strong active listening skills, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is advantageous.

General Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of relevant business experience.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in creating presentations and communications tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and foster strong client relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and task-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills, team player mentality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Change Management tools such as video editors and analytics.
